Lucille Shirley, 84, of North Little Rock ended her battle with Alzheimer?s in Cabot on Wednesday, September 3, 2008. She was a member of Scott United Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Rev. Elmer Shirley; son, Gary (Judy) Shirley, of Cabot; grandsons, Sam (Laura) and Daniel (Carolyn) Shirley; great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Emiley and Joshua Shirley; and her extended granddaughter, Beverly Shirley. Mamma leaves behind a host of family members and church family that loved her dearly.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday at Pershing United Pentecostal Church, 2650 Pershing Blvd. Burial will be in Mayflower Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
