Lucy Mae Earls, was born at 12:14 AM on July 13, 2025, and passed away shortly after. Though her time on earth was brief, the joy and love she brought to her family during her fleeting moments will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her. She was welcomed into the arms of her great-grandparents: John L. And Patricia Bearden, Peter and Donna Gruitch, and Harold Earls.
Lucy was a calm and content baby, although she anchored herself right on her mother's bladder. Even from the womb, Lucy displayed a spirit of resilience, navigating the affectionate jostles of her toddler sister, Merritt Earls, with grace that hinted at her brave little heart.
Surrounded by the unwavering love of her family, Lucy's legacy continues through her parents, Daniel and Braylen Earls; her sister, Merritt; and her adoring grandparents: John C. and Mariessa Bearden, as well as Shannon and Shannon Earls. She is also cherished by her great-grandparents, Linda Jean Earls, Chester and Crystal Henagan, and Gayle and Ronnie Faulkner, who played significant roles in her family’s heritage.
Lucy’s extended family, including her aunts and uncles—John Michael and Rachel Bearden, Larry Bearden, Amber and Matt Miller, Brooke Earls, Carlee and Trevor Rucker, Ethan Earls, Forrest Earls, Grey Earls, and Owen Kwon—along with her cousins, Lexi Grace Bearden, Blakelee Miller, Miles Miller, Beckham Rucker, and Tate Rucker, will carry her memory in their hearts.
A visitation to honor Lucy Mae Earls will take place on July 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, hosted at the Fellowship Bible Church, located at 1401 Kirk Rd, Little Rock, AR 72223.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests attendees join them in bringing diapers and wipes to be donated in Lucy's name to local pregnancy centers.
Though brief, Lucy Mae Earls’ life was filled with profound love, enveloping all those around her. She is now in the embrace of the Father, surrounded by love eternal.
