Mandy Kaye Pierce

Mandy Kaye Pierce, 47, of Gurdon, Arkansas, passed away at her home Friday, February 9, 2024, after a lengthy illness of respiratory problems. 

She was born April 28, 1976, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. 

Mandy was preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Cook and her grandparents: Arvel and Lorene Trammel and Lois Cook.

Left to cherish her memory are her father and mother, Tommy and Phyllis Cook; one sister, Laura Pierce of Curtis, Arkansas; one brother, Timmy (Deanna) Pierce of Okolona, Arkansas; numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and aunts and uncles whom she loved dearly; her special friend and companion, Jessica and her cherished fur baby, Baby girl.

Before her disabilities, she worked as an LPN for Arkadelphia Human Development Center, Twin Rivers and Quapaw Nursing Home in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Her passion was working with the elderly.  

A memorial service will be held at Dobyville Cemetery at a later date.
