Margaret Elizabeth Walker age 88, of Arkadelphia, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 in Arkadelphia. She was born March 14, 1926 in Hope, Arkansas to the late Barlow Jackson and Flora Elizabeth Green Freeman. Margaret was with Arkansas-Louisiana Gas Company (Center Point Energy) for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Bennett Walker; daughter, Cindy Tutt Scaife and husband, George of Bryant, Arkansas; son, Richard Tutt and wife, Stella of Hot Springs, Arkansas; step-son, Jonathan Walker and wife, Liz of Bryant; brother, William Elgin Freeman of Arkadelphia; sister, Nancy Lou Bailey of Okolona; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 6th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Temon Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
