Margie Davis

Margie L Davis, 82, received her heavenly reward December 8, 2022 in Spanish Fort, AL. Born to Harvey and Cordie Box on January 11, 1940 in Jacksonville, AR. She married Robert L Davis Sr. September 26, 1969 and they built their life; loving and serving for 50 years together.

Margie was a wife, mother, sister, and beloved Meme to one granddaughter and two god grandchildren. She was welcomed into heaven by her son Brent Davis (2015), her husband Robert (2019), and four nieces and nephews. Remaining to celebrate her memory are son, Bradley S Davis (Pam Campbell) of Spanish Fort, AL; granddaughter, Hannah Davis of Maumelle AR; siblings, Dorothy Holt (WT) of Jacksonville AR, Martha Gilbert (Roger) of Salem VA, Alice Hamilton of Corinth TX, JT Box of Jacksonville AR, Charles Box (Wanda) of Jacksonville AR and Barbara Cummings of Salina, OK. Also survived by a goddaughter Kim Martin; two god grandchildren Morgan Eldridge and Lucas Golde plus a very supportive stepson Robert “Bobby” Davis Jr, and several nieces and nephews.

Margie was the last charter member of Apostolic Church NLR where she was a member for 65 years.

Our family wishes to extend a special thanks to the dedicated staff of Community Hospice of Foley, AL.

Services will begin with a visitation on Saturday December 17th at 1PM at Apostolic Church NLR, 4314 Landers Rd NLR AR with funeral services beginning at 2pm. Interment at Gravel Ridge Cemetery.
