Margie Sue Harris, was born on August 11, 1934, in Morrilton, Arkansas. She was called home on December 30, 2024, leaving behind a legacy rich with love, faith, and cherished memories.

A devoted member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bryant, Margie passionately loved the Lord and shared her beautiful voice through singing at her church. Her talents extended beyond music; Margie was renowned for her exceptional cooking skills. The kitchen was her sanctuary where she created beloved family favorites such as chocolate gravy and biscuits, Mexican cornbread, and an array of homemade pies, among many other delightful dishes that brought joy to her family.

Margie maintained an immaculate household, always ensuring that everything was tidy and dust-free, reflecting her meticulous nature. However, it was her unwavering love for her family that defined her life. She adored her loved ones and dedicated herself to nurturing and supporting them with all her heart.

Margie is survived by her son, Jerry C. Harris and his wife Kim of Benton, Arkansas. She also leaves behind her grandsons, Jeremy C. Harris and his wife Amy, and Mitchell W. Harris and his wife Tiffany. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Jeremiah Harris, Cara Harris, Matthew Harris, Hannah Harris, and Devyn Harris. In addition, she leaves many family members and friends who will always hold her dear in their hearts.

Margie was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, John C. Harris, and her son, Robert W. Harris. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Buck Knight, Bubs Knight, Pauline Neal, JoAnn Harris, and Sissy Knight.
