Margie Betty Wilkerson Ray, 71, of Maumelle, passed away December 17, 2010. She was born in Madison County, Alabama, the daughter of Lemmie Green Wilkerson and Clara Jones Wilkerson. She was a member of the Dayspring Baptist Church and Prayer Warriors.
She is survived by her sons, Randall Ray Pogue of North Little Rock and William Jeffrey Pogue of Selden, New York; sister, Julie Davis of Hazel Green, Alabama; grandchildren, Rhonda, Josephine, Randall, Gregory, Stephanie, Shannon and William; and three great-grandchildren, Robert, Davis and Logan Smiley. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Finley Ray and her siblings.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 22 at Dayspring Baptist Church, 21811 Hwy 365 North, Maumelle, officiated by Rev. Rush Hansberry, Rev. W. K. Roach and Gail Odom. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Firefighters of Oak Grove, P.O. Box 13244, Maumelle, AR 72113.
