Marguerite May Giles, of Little Rock, passed away May 7, 2012.
Preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, she is survived by her son, Bill Giles and his wife, Diane and daughter, Carolyn York and her husband, Dr. J. Lyndal York, all of Little Rock; sister, Bernice Huggins, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, John York, Michelle Gocio, and Stephen Pierce and wife, Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Lucas, Michael and John York, Beth Gocio, and Stephen, Gavin, Camille and Sophia Pierce; and great-great-grandchildren, Arabella and Adam York; and a host of other family and friends.
Graveside services will be Friday, May 11 at 10:00 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, officiated by Rev. David Moore. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Memorials may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church or Arkansas Hospice.
