Marie C. Watson, 83, of Jacksonville passed away Friday, September 1, 2006. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville, a homemaker and former grocery store owner.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Rosemary Watson, of North Little Rock; two granddaughters and their husbands, Keri and Brennan Bosley, of Benton and Brandy and Jay Amberg, of North Little Rock; six great-grandchildren and one nephew, Pete Amundsen (Danielle) of Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 63 years, W.L. Watson.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 220 West Main St., Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
