Marshall Prater

Marshall Ross Prater, 32, of Little Rock, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018.  He was born on April 1, 1986 and was a graduate of Oak Grove High School.

Marshall was passionate about the environment and healthy living. He loved gaming and following his favorite UFC athletes.  He was a gentle person.

He was a wonderful and devoted family man who loved his wife and children to pieces; he was happiest when spending time with his family.

Marshall is survived by his wife, Brandye Prater, children: Kaylee Pruss, Myles Prater and Lillian Prater, parents, Joyce and Barry Prater, sister, Nicole Miller (Shawn), brother, Chase Prater and grandmother, Lorene Prater.  A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Smith Family Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Arkansas Chapter.
