Martha Louise Merryman

Martha Louise (Underwood) Merryman of Conway, Arkansas passed away on June 13, 2023. She is finally at peace and forever in our hearts. She was born October 18, 1932 in Cleveland, Arkansas to Bryan and Lucy Underwood.

Martha was a member of the Culpepper Community Church. She graduated from Scotland High School and retired from the City of Morrilton. She enjoyed reading, sewing and making many beautiful quilts for her family. She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, F.M. Merryman, and her parents, Bryan and Lucy Underwood.

Those left to cherish her memories include 3 children and Raven; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside burial for Martha on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Culpepper Cemetery in Clinton, Arkansas.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Superior Health and Rehab for the care and compassion of Martha.
