Martin Allen Johnson, 69, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026. He was born June 5, 1957, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He was the husband of the late Rhonda Tucker Johnson. They shared 32 years of marriage. Marty was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Nancy Cordilia Johnson; his wife, Rhonda Tucker; his sister, Kelly Evans; his nephew, Bradley Reed; and his many best friends with fur: Jip, Clipster, Shotzy, Heidi, and Buddy.

Marty is survived by his bonus children: Kimberly Still (Mark) of Benton, Brian Brooks (Alisha) of Cabot; six grandchildren, Zack Jones (Devyn), Bailey Smith (Colton), Alison Shackleford (Stephen), Hannah Still, Alexis Brooks, and Caleb Brooks; nine great-grandchildren, Rylee Jones, Hadley Shackelford, Bentley Brooks, Cash Smith, SJ Shackleford, Ainsley Mosley, Max Hussung, Cohen Smith, and Keaton Shackleford; his sister, Dreama Reed (Charles); nieces Tiffany Turpin (Claude) of Beebe, Megan Alexander (Michael) of North Carolina, and Nikki Johnston (Colby) of Greenbrier; nephew Derek Goshien, of Overland, Kansas; and many other family members and friends that he loved.

Marty enjoyed life and rarely turned down an opportunity for an adventure. He loved riding motorcycles and was an avid scuba diver. He and Rhonda made many memories traveling together, including trips to California and North Carolina, where he made time to explore beneath the water. Marty also enjoyed sky jumping and lived life with a sense of adventure and excitement.

More than anything, Marty loved his family and the memories they made together. He will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his love for those around him, and the many stories and memories he leaves behind.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Smith Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, Arkansas. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local Humane Society.
