Marvin Ray Sarringar, of Beebe, was born July 2, 1938, and died March 2, 2015.
He retired as a chemist after 40 years from Eaton Inc. He was a member of Mt. Arratt Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Geanie Smith Sarringar of Beebe; one son Keith; brothers, George of Mississippi and Kenneth of Clay.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Myrtle; brothers, Mack of Letona, and Tom of Searcy; sisters, Mildred Dirst of Rush, and Linda Sue of Floyd.
Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Gum Springs Cemetery, Searcy. Cremations arrangements by Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home.
