Mary Ruth Cook Bidwell, 89 of Alexander, AR, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017. She was born in North Little Rock on August 16, 1928 to Earl and Vona Ruth (Brockington) Cook.
She is survived by her children, Vona Lee Thompson (Thomas Edward) of Perryville, AR, Cyrenea Sue Mehefko (Larry) of Warner Robins, GA, and Dreama Maria Sorsby (Dr. Stephen) of Alexander, AR; grandchildren, Thomas, Jr., Teri Elen, Andrea, Daniel, Sean, Jason, Cyrenea Kay and Lincoln; nine great grandchildren; one great greatgrandchild; and sister, Martha Earlene Cook Autry. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Cyreneus Benjamin Bidwell, brother, Milton Earl Cook, Jr. "Jimmy" and great grandchild, Ashley.
Funeral services were held on September 23 at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander..
