Mary Sue Bugg

Mary Sue Ward Bugg, 86, of Hot Springs, AR, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2024.

 Sue was born on October 29, 1937, in Pike City, AR. 

She was a 1955 graduate of Delight High School and married Ronald Gene Bugg on July 29th of the same year.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, Sydney and Bessie Ward; her in-laws, HW and Mary Ann Bugg; her brothers, Marion Ward and Jimmy Ward; and her son, Larry Bugg.

 She is survived by her husband of almost 69 years, Ronald Bugg; her daughter, Patty Howard (Jimmy); her granddaughters, Nicole Smith (Barry) and Raley Howard; her grandson, Mason Howard; her great-granddaughter, Paige Smith; her great-grandsons, Preston Bugg and Jaxson Howard; her great-great-grandson, Kasen Simpson; and her brother, Bobby Ward (Sharon).

 In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that you donate to the charity of your choice.

 Services to honor the life of Mary “Sue” Bugg will be held on Tuesday, July 9th in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, with a visitation starting at 9:30 AM and a service to follow at 10:30 AM.
