Mary Elizabeth Heber

Mary Elizabeth Heber journeyed home to her Lord on Thursday, May 5, 2022, in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Mary was born in Atlanta, Georgia on June 10, 1931 to Hugh and Mary Scarbrough.

A faithful churchgoer, Mary is remembered for generosity, love for family, and her beautiful spirit. She enjoyed practicing hospitality, attending Bible studies, and teaching children. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers and their spouses: Hugh Jr. (Joan); Sammy (Elaine); and Alex Scarbrough. She is survived by her four children and their spouses: Richard (Andrea), Chris, Terese (Tim) Moritz; and Suzanne (Dave) McCalman; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and extended family.

The family is deeply grateful to Seeds of Love caregivers for their compassion. Their love and care for Mary will never be forgotten.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 10, at 11 a.m. (visitation at 10) at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home located at 8801 Knoedl Court, interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
