Mary Snider
Mary Ellen Rusher Snider, 88, of Texarkana, TX, formerly of North Little Rock, AR, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012. She was born on October 15, 1923, in Sullivan, IN, to the late Carl and Pearline Mattix Rusher. She had been a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a former employee of Sears.
Mary is survived by her son Tom Snider and wife JoAnn, of Texarkana, TX; two grandchildren, Dr. Dallas Snider and wife Kim, of Pace, FL and Dr. Francie Kempson and husband, Dr. Steve Kempson of Texarkana, TX; four great-grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey, and Karlie Kempson of Texarkana, TX, and Savannah Snider of Pace, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, William T. Snider.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 16, 2012, with visitation at 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St, 501-758-1170. Burial will be at Arkansas Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church. Online obituary and guest registry www.nlrfh.com.
