Mary Alice (Douglas) Wood, 73, of Hensley passed away, Sunday, March 29, 2009. She worked for the School Food Service at East End Elementary School and was a member of Forest Tower Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Garry Williams; two grandchildren, Brad Williams and his wife, Jody and Kerry Williams; sister, Diane Fletcher, all of East End; and two great-grandchildren, Ally Jo and Eldon Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.E. ?Woody? Wood; mother, Sadie Smith and her sister, Martha Graves.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday at Forest Tower Baptist Church. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
