Mattie L. Boyce, 83, of Maumelle, Arkansas, passed away in Corpus Christi, Texas on November 21, 2009. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on March 2, 1926 to Phillip R. and Dona Harwood Gillian, she was an Office Manager for Barry Construction Company of Corpus Christi. Mattie was a member of Northwest Hills Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas and North American Women in Construction(NAWIC).
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Ann Bondurant of Conroe, Texas; sons, G. David Boyce and Robert L. Boyce, both of Mathis, Texas; sister, Ola Edgin of Maumelle; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Mattie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Virgil E. "Pat" Boyce.
