Maybel Osburn, 86, of North Little Rock passed away on Monday, May 26, 2008. She was a retired dietary supervisor for Memorial Hospital in North Little Rock for 40 years, and a long time member of Levy Baptist Church.
She is survived by 2 sons and daughters in law, Sammy and Rita Osburn of Maumelle, and Ron and Susie Osburn of North Little Rock; 2 brothers, Harold Stocks of Conway and Jack Stocks of Mission, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Leslie McGhee, Tara Simpson, Adam Osburn, Jennifer Culp, and Scott Osburn; and 7 great-grandchildren, Hayley Strzelecki, Megan Strzelecki, Nicholas Osburn, Hunter Osburn, Spencer Simpson, Tucker Culp, and Jenna McGhee. She was preceded in death by her husband, S. W. Osburn; 2 sons, Phillip and Randy Osburn; and 2 brothers, Charles Stocks, and Cloyce Albert Stocks.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Levy Baptist Church or Arkansas Hospice.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Levy Baptist Church. There will be a committal service at 12:00 P.M. at Sixteenth Section Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, 758-1170.
