Melba Rose Buffalo, 87, of Little Rock passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009. She was born May 14, 1922 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Louis and Drucy Valentine Pendleton. She was a member of Archview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Cecil Buffalo, Jr.; daughter, Shearon Pearson, both of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Cecil Buffalo, III, Shawn Buffalo and Samantha Pearson Moscheck; and five great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her good friend, J. D. Oliver. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Buffalo, Sr. and her daughter, Connie Jean Buffalo.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday at Archview Baptist Church, 12610 Arch St., Little Rock. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
