Melva Campbell

Melva Jo Campbell, age 90, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on November 2, 2023.  She was born November 5, 1932, near Center Hill at the foot of Joy Mountain to Arthur and Virda Price.  She retired from Timex after working there for 27 years.  She was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Melva loved to sing, and her singing voice, smile, and kind words were always used to show others Jesus.  Her home was used for Bible studies and worship daily.

Melva is survived by her children, Debra (Russ) Fields, Randy Campbell and Brenda (Jim) Chastain; grandchildren, Shawn Fields, Jeremy Fields, Misty Davis, Crystal Meyer, Cody Chastain, and Caitlin Kay; and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and two husbands.

Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W.
