Melvin Moser

Melvin Moser, a cherished husband, devoted father, beloved grandfather, and a dear friend to many, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that touched the lives of all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Moser, son Christopher Moser, Daughter Marla Morrissey (Michael), granddaughter Madison Morrissey, sisters Louise Darby, Pauline Richardson, Linda Jane Young (Burl), and brother Harlen Moser. Preceded in death by his parents Luther and Rethie Moser, sister Alene Winkle, and brother Earvin Moser.

Melvin was a 1960 graduate of Mount Pleasant High School and married Mary G. Cook on November 17, 1961.

Melvin dedicated his career to printing, retiring two decades ago. Yet, his true joy came from the moments spent with his family and friends and most of all watching his granddaughter play softball. His infectious smile and joking attitude will truly be missed.
