Michael Steven Crail

Michael Steven Crail, age 72 of Hot Spring, passed away on Friday 17,2026. He was born on August 25, 1953, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was the son of Gaylen L.Crail and Vonda Viola (Brown) Crail.

He was a hard worker and one of the most honest people his family knew. A great dad, but an even better grandfather. He loved his family fiercely. He was the type of person who made things fun. His stories were the best. God and family was what he was all about. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a member of The Ark of Praise.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaylen L. Crail and Vonda Viola(Brown) Crail, Son Josh Crail, Brother Scott Crail, and Grandson Mitchell Pennington.

Michael is survived by the mother of his children, Pam Crail of Hot Springs; sons Mark Pennington, Mike Crail Jr., and Matt Crail, all of Hot Springs. Grandchildren: Michael Crail III, Ashley Crail, Joshua Crail, Asher Crail, Jacob Crail, Stormie Crail, Abigail Crail, and Eli Crail. Sisters and bro-in-laws Dixie and Mike Meixell of Iowa, Patrica and Lonnie Crail of North Carolina, and Diane Crail of Little Rock, AR. And a host of wonderful family and friends

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Mount Tabor Cemetery in Glenwood, with Bro. Gary Jennings officiating.
