Michael leaves behind the love of his life, Carrie Gilbert. He is also survived by his daughters, Cyrstal (Ian) Sopian of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Charlotte Gilbert of Little Rock, Arkansas. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Jason Michael Vernon, Theodore Sopian, and Carrie Sopian.
