Michael Kilzer

Michael “Mike” Kilzer, age 61, of Hot Springs, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022.

He was born on March 15, 1961, in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of Claude Kilzer and Alene Marie Hill Landrum.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mike was a Christian in his faith.  He liked country music, watching the news, listening to the radio, fishing and feeding and taking care of the farm animals was part of his routine.  He loved playing basketball with the grandchildren and enjoyed his family.  Mike never met a stranger, making friends with everyone. 

He is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Joe Kilzer and Jessie Elder of Hot Springs, Josh and Ashly Kilzer of Stuttgart, Germany and Michael Kilzer of Tennessee; two daughters and one son-in-law, Michelle and Tyler Henry of Arlington, Tennessee and Nia Kilzer of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Joey Kilzer, Cole Kilzer, Emma Kilzer, Gunner Kilzer, Whitney Lyons, Savanah White, Hailee Wilkinson, Makenzie Kilzer, Brentley Kilzer, Tristan Henry and Paisley Henry; one brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Kay Kilzer; one sister, Nancy Morrow; nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Memorial service 11:00A.M., Saturday, August 20, 2022, in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.

Honorary pallbearers are Barry and Nancy Robison.

In lieu of flowers donation my be made to St. Jude Hospital.
