Michael Leroy Ousnamer, 58, of Little Rock, passed away August 23, 2012. He was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Jack and Vernetta Porch Ousnamer. He was a member of the Whistling Wings Duck Club.
Preceded in death by his mother, he is survived by his wife of 26 years, Candy Heard Ousnamer; daughter, Allison Ousnamer; father, Jack Ousnamer; brother, Mark Ousnamer of Lee's Summit, Missouri; brother-in-law, John Heard of Little Rock; sister-in-law, Christy Creasy of Conway; nephew, Kevin Creasy; a host of other relatives and friends; and his four-legged friend and duck hunting companion, Ralf.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Angela Nutt for her loving care during the past years, and the staffs of Baptist Hospice and Hospice Home Care.
Services will be Tuesday, August 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Chaplain Charles Chambless. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR 72210.
