Michael L. Stinnett

Michael L. Stinnett, the cherished son of William Lee and Winifred Stinnett, was born on October 19, 1956. On June 26, 2024, Michael went home to be with the Lord. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Michael dedicated several decades of his life to serving on the staff of Full Counsel Metro Church, a role that brought him immense joy. He also served as a Chaplain for the North Little Rock Police Department, and volunteered tirelessly at local schools, supporting at-risk youth.

Mike's passion for studying and teaching the Word of God was profound. His laugh was contagious, and his straightforward nature was well-known by all who met him. Simply put, Michael was a mighty man of valor who loved God, his family and enjoyed life to the fullest.

Michael leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory: His son, Michael Stinnett Jr.; his siblings, Diana Stinnett Jenkins, Edward Stinnett, William Lee Stinnett Jr., Helaine Stinnett, Tracey Stinnett, and Devin Stinnett. He also leaves behind his favorite nephew, Maurice Stinnett, and his cousin, Debra Collins, who was like a sister to him. Mike also leaves behind his special friend, Paola Kagebein, his mentee/friend, DeAndre (Alex) Otey, who was like a son, and a host of other relatives and friends. Michael's life was a testament to his faith, love, and unwavering commitment to serving others. He will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
