Major Michael Vernon Taylor, 40, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, January 20, 2007. He was a Major in the Army National Guard, Commander of B Company, 185th Air Assault, a member of the National Guard Association of Arkansas, National Guard Association of the United States and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Wendy J. Taylor; son, Justin M. Taylor; daughter, Meredith G. Taylor, all of North Little Rock; parents, Robert and Suzanne Taylor, of Shalimar, Florida; father and mother-in-law, Pete and Lori Marvin, of Little Rock; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Brandi Taylor, of North Little Rock; Rob and Ann Taylor, of Pangburn, Arkansas and grandmother, Frances Jackson, of Shalimar, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Fisher House.org or to a Custodial Account for his children?s education at any Twin City Bank location in the name of Michael and Wendy Taylor.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, celebrated by Rev. James P. West. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
