Mildred M. Karber, age 86 died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007 at the Twin Rivers Health & Rehab. She was born June 12, 1920 in Alpine, AR the daughter of the late Charles N. and Leanner Glover Robertson. She was a housewife and a member of the Alpine Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mark Karber.
Survivors include one son, Jim Karber and his wife, Brenda of Arkadelphia; one daughter, Johnnie and husband, Johnny Conine of Arkadelphia; two grandsons, Bill Conine and wife, Kristal and Allen Karber and his wife, Amanda; three great-grandchildren, Cliff, Matt and Morgan Conine.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007 in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Anderson officiating. Interment will be in the Alpine Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Memorial may be made to the Alpine Cemetery Fund, c/o Jane Bean, 308 Thompson, Amity, AR 71921; or Alpine Cemetery Fund,Buck's Country Store, Alpine, AR 71920.
