Monte Dale Red, born on October 21, 1972, in Benton, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2025. Monte lived a life full of love and dedication, leaving a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Monte dedicated his career to quality control as a supervisor at NOV Fiberglass Systems. His diligence and expertise were evident throughout his working years, and he approached his duties with the same tenacity that defined his character. Known for his intelligence, Monte had a knack for knowing something about everything, and he loved engaging in spirited arguments and debates, bringing both humor and insight to every conversation.

A devoted member of New Beginnings Apostolic Church, Monte loved the Lord profoundly and believed in the power of prayer. He was not only a prayer warrior but also an exceptional storyteller, captivating those around him with tales that were brought to life through his expressive gestures. Monte had an unparalleled ability to infuse humor into any situation, making everyone around him laugh, even when faced with the tough moments of life. He may have appeared rugged on the outside, but those who knew him well understood his gentle and caring nature.

Monte's personal interests were diverse and reflected his adventurous spirit. He had a love for guns, cars, and NASCAR racing, particularly during the legendary Dale Earnhardt era. Additionally, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, finding joy in the great outdoors. A proud fan of Clint Eastwood, Monte had a comprehensive collection of his films that he cherished deeply.

Monte's family was incredibly important to him. He is survived by his three beloved children: Garrett Red of Lonsdale, Arkansas, Caleb Red of Kenton, Michigan, and Kristen Red of Texarkana, Arkansas. He is also survived by his parents, Wallace and Carolyn (Rhoads) Red of Bryant, Arkansas; siblings, Michael Red and wife Angela, Valerie David and husband Gary, and Scott Red, all of Benton, Arkansas; as well as his first cousins, Darren Red of Alexander, Arkansas, and Chris Red of Benton, Arkansas, who were considered like brothers to him; and his dear friend, Shaunda Handley-Mann of Haskell, Arkansas. Monte also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends who love him and will miss him dearly.

Monte was preceded in death by his wife, Whitney Red, and his grandparents, W.B. and Velma Red, and William and Wilma Rhoads.

Visitation will be held on June 12, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, followed by a memorial service from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, both taking place at New Beginnings Church located at 407 Prickett Rd, Bryant, Arkansas, 72022.

Monte Dale Red's presence will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire and live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him.
