Bill E. Lollar, 78, of Sherwood passed away after a brief illness Friday, January 25, 2013. He was an Elder of Park Hill Presbyterian Church and a member of the Sunshine Sunday School Class. He was retired from Shelter Insurance. Bill was an avid tennis player, enjoyed running, and was a regular at North Little Rock Athletic Club.
Bill is survived by his wife, Willette Cartwright Lollar, of Sherwood; two daughters, Lisa (Steve) Hamric, of Rogers, AR and Melinda (Russ) Gagon, of Burnet, TX; two stepdaughters, Laura (John) Hardy, of Little Rock, AR and Cathy (Paul) Carreras, of Little Rock, AR; five grandchildren, Dane Schielke, Dusty Schielke, Ben Hall, Liz Hall Stroud, and Robert Crawford; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Betty Sleet, of Missouri; a brother, Carroll Lollar, of Illinois; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Myrtis Lollar.
Memorials may be made to Park Hill Presbyterian Church, 3520 JFK, North Little Rock, AR, 72116 or a charity of your choice.
Memorial services will be held 1:00 P.M., Tuesday at Park Hill Presbyterian Church. A Private Burial will precede the service.
