Murray Wayne Jarrett

Murray Wayne Jarrett, “Pepaw”, 92, of Ferndale was called home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2023. He was born on April 28, 1931, to the late Cora Jarrett. He retired from Baptist Medical Center after a long career, 28 years in the maintenance department as a carpenter. He liked to work in his garden, do yard work, fish, and hunt. He also loved being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Mary Alice Jarrett and his daughter Brenda Jarrett. He is survived by son Bobby Jarrett (Debi), granddaughter Shawna Bevans, great-grandsons Parker and Logan Bevans, brother Fant Jarrett (Leola), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Graveside service will be held at 10am Wednesday, 10/11/23 at Spring Valley Cemetery, 32804 County Road 38/Kanis, Paron, AR.
