Nancy C. Eddy

Nancy Catherine Eddy, born July 14, 1947, passed away June 3, 2025, at Arkansas Hospice. Nancy devoted her life to growing and nurturing others; whether through teaching, advocating for those without a voice, or through her passionate activism and volunteer work.

She was a loving sister and aunt, teacher and counselor, a Master Naturalist, and a steadfast advocate for labor rights and social justice. Nancy's impact was felt through her work with nonprofits and political campaigns focused on peace, fairness, and improving lives. She will be remembered for her kindness, dedication, and quiet strength.

Per her request, there will be no funeral service, but a celebration of her life will be held on June 28 from 2–4 p.m. at the Hays Center in North Little Rock.

Nancy is survived by her brother, Bill Allmendinger (Linda); her sister-in-law, Janie Allmendinger; and many nieces and nephews.
