Neal Payne

Neal Payne, 54, of Ward, Arkansas died March 9, 2019. He was born May 28, 1964 to Marvin and Hettie Payne. Neal graduated from Cabot High School in 1982.

He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin.

Neal is survived by his mother Hettie; seven brothers, Shane, Wayne, Kevin, Colin, Regan, Dale and Darryl; many nieces and nephews and others who loved him.
