Nell Wixson

Nell Wixson, 65, of Jonesboro, Arkansas went to be with the Lord July 30, 2021.  She was born August 6, 1956 in Beebe to Porter and Francis Newman.  She retired after working many years as a law enforcement dispatcher.

Nell is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Brandon Goree and daughter-in-law Dewan Goree.

She is survived by two daughters, Amanda (Michael) Trusty of Jonesboro, and Brittany (Ryan) Gartner of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Noah and Danielle Goree, Ellie and Harrison Gartner; sisters Ann Mace (Robert) of Mountain Home and Mary Fritz of McRae; and brother, David Newman (Rhonda) of Beebe.
