Nellie Ruth Harris, 87, passed away January 11, 2018. She was born October 20, 1930 to Walter and Ella McCormack. She loved her flowers and her garden, and liked to sit on her porch and watch the animals and birds. She was an avid collector of cookie jars.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harris, one brother, and three sisters.
She is survived by her children, Steve Harris of Cabot, Pat Busby (James) of Cabot and Kathy Waggoner of Iowa, Louisiana. She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Sylvania Cemetery. Arrangements are by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. www.SmithFamilyCares.com
