Nina Cash

Nina Warren Cash, 84, passed away suddenly May 12, 2017, after a brief illness. She was born in Flippin, Arkansas, to Willard Warren and Irene Dupuy Warren. Her mother died when she was 10. Her father married Florence Diamond Warren. She is predeceased by her husband John Robert Cash (Hazen) and companion Ed Flynn. She is survived by daughter; Elizabeth Cash Hess (Scott), Oregon, son; Barrett Warren Cash, Alaska, grandchildren; Emily Hess Pawlak (Robert) and Hillary Hess, great-grandchildren; Matthew, Lilliana, Logan (OR), nieces; Lissa Reed Gold and Nora, St. Laurent, Florida.
Nina lived in California for many years, returning to Arkansas in early 1980's. She was employed by St. Vincent Infirmary Education Department and Administration. In 1996 she was instrumental in the planning and opening of the Alltel Arena. Nina made sure, as a gracious hostess, that Arena suite-holders and their friends had the best experience possible.
Celebration of Life will be held May 30, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Verizon Arena. Enter through the lower box office entrance - street level Washington Ave. Donations in Nina's name may be made to St. Vincent New Outlook Cancer Program and Dorcas House.
