Nona Lee Love, age 80, of Black Springs, died Thursday, July 25, 2013. She was born on June 17, 1933, at Black Springs, the daughter of James Bolty Black and Ada Lee Spradlin Black. On August 30, 1950, she was married to J W Love. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Melvin Black and Truman Black. She was a member of the Norman First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, J W Love of Black Springs; one son, Jerry Love of Vicksburg, Mississippi; three daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Mike Lokey of Glenwood, Sharon and Dwight Shields of Vilonia and Shelia and Matt Camp of Shreveport, Louisiana; five grandchildren, Jeff W. Fryar, Jarrod W. Love, Shawn Shields, Kyle Love and Katrinka Shields; one great-grandson, Jaden W. Fryar; five brothers, Thurman Black of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Marvin Black of Black Springs, Marlin Black of Mount Ida, Austin Black of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Leon Black of Black Springs; one sister, Lois Ann Burnett of Caney Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 27, 2013, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Bro. Bobby Tucker and Bro. Robbie Loudermilk officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be in the Murphy Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be Dwight Shields, Matt Camp, Jeff Fryar, Jarrod Love, Shawn Shields and Kyle Love. Honorary pallbearers will be her brothers. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
