Norma Hibbs
Norma Hibbs, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord, June 3, 2023. She was born in Alva, Oklahoma to Benjamin and Mary Ellen (Avery) Wesner on March 3, 1930.
She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jodie Hibbs; and her daughter, Jo Armstrong.
She is survived by her son, Larry Hibbs (Carole), her daughter, Rhonda Keenom (Donny), three grandsons, two granddaughters, 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be Friday, June 9, 2023, with Bro. Tom Brown officiating in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs. Visitation will be 10:00AM-11:00AM, with services immediately following. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
