Nulie Wanell Willis, 40, passed away October 21, 2012. Born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, she is survived by her daughter, Hailey Ney and husband, John of Spokane Valley, Washington; son, Eryc Constantikes; brother, Robert Douglas; mother and step-father, Patricia and Tom FaGalde of Oklahoma; father, Jack Douglas of California; and grandson, John Richard Ney.
Services are Thursday, October 25 at 2:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God in North Little Rock, officiated by Rev. David Maynard.
