Ola Mae Forthman age 93 of Arkadelphia died Monday, December 5, 2011. She was born February 17, 1918 the daughter of Albert and Anise Bosley Murrell. She was a long time member of Third Street Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Hesley H. Forthman, one son James H. Forthman, 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
Survivors include one son, Danny Forthman and his wife Sue of Arkadelphia, daughter-in-law, Penny Forthman of Arkadelphia, 6 grandchildren, James H. Forthman Jr., Michael A. Forthman, David W. Forthman, Chris S. Forthman, Rebecca Hickey, and Danny H. Forthman Jr., 3 step-grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Thursday, December 8th at Third Street Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Latham officiating. Burial will be in Richwoods Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Richwoods Cemetery Fund C/O Nicky Todd, 170 Mt. Zion Rd., Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
