Oneita Roberson

Oneita DuLaney Roberson, 83, of Searcy, was born September 1, 1929 at Romance, AR to Henry and Zeley Kelley McKay and died Thursday June 6, 2013.

She worked as a cashier and sales clerk for many years and also worked as an assistant in the Romance post office. She was very active in her community and always lended a helping hand to anyone in need.
She is survived by her husband, Verlon Roberson, two sons, Dannie DuLaney and wife, Polly, of Beebe;, Don DuLaney and wife Melanie of Floyd; two daughters, Linda Walls and husband Joe of Batesville, Brenda Bailey of Beebe; 3 stepsons, Keith Roberson and wife Janet of Searcy; Marty and Lyndell Roberson both of Tulsa, OK; a stepdaughter, Vickie Morgan and husband Scott of Searcy, 9 grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 18 step grandchildren;, 3 step-great great grandchildren; two brothers, Kelly and Gary McKay; two sisters, Kathy Bennett and Vonda Shafer. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, J. R. DuLaney, her brother, Bill McKay and a grandson, Aaron Fiser.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Westbrook Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Romance Cemetery by Westbrook Funeral Home of Beebe.
