Otto L. Seay, 84, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017. He was born February 25, 1933 in Drumright, Oklahoma to Emerial and Marnie Seay.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Seay; son, David (Claudia) Seay; grandson, Hayden Seay; one brother; three sisters; a special nephew, Phil Hively; and a host of nephews, nieces, friends, family and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and two sisters.
A visitation will be held 5 - 7 p.m., Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 30, 2017 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
