Lt. Col. Owen Kean, Jr., USAF (Ret.), 82, of Little Rock, died Tuesday, October 23, 2007. He was a veteran of World War II and Vietnam.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Irene Haley Kean; sons, Tom Kean (Toni) and Pat Kean (Melinda); his sister, Virginia Wilson; grandchildren, Somer Kean, Randi Saunders (Casey) and Taylor Kean; and great-granddaughter, Chloe McGehee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen, Sr. and Ruby Kean; daughter, Donna Kean; son, Mike Kean; brothers, Charles and Kenneth Kean; and grandchildren, Michael Owen and Shawn Kean.
Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak, Illinois, on Friday, November 2, from 6-8 p.m. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will take place at the Masonic Cemetery in Belknap, Illinois on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at 10:00 a.m.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Home Care, 2200 S. Bowman Rd., Little Rock, AR 72211.
