Pamela Ann Anderson was born in Memphis, TN on 10/30/1945 to Elizabeth and David Blackwell.
Pam left this life to be with Jesus on July 11. 2025.She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Gary Bruce Anderson as well as her parents Elizabeth Edwards Blackwell and Samuel David Blackwell. Her brother James "Jimmy" Blackwell. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy L Fisher, husband Tom, of Redfield, ARHer son Brian J Anderson, wife Zzavvalynn, of North Little Rock, ARGrandson Brayden T Fisher and Fiancé LauraBeth Rhodes, of Natchitoches, LA. Granddaughter Shelby "Colin" LowreyGranddaughter Julia F Davis, Husband Jacob, and one great grandson, Grayson Walker Davis of Fayetteville, ARHer sisters Sandra “Sandy” Williams of Perryville, AR, and Debbie Blackwell of Bigelow, ARA host of nieces and nephews that she loved very much.
Pam was a Registered Nurse and loved her nursing career, she enjoyed all services she worked in from Labor and Delivery to Psychiatry. Her last and longest role was as a surgical nurse at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock where she retired. She was well respected in her field and took care of so many, who all loved and appreciated her bedside manner.
Outside of the hospital setting she enjoyed spending time with her 3 grandchildren.She spent many hours cooking, baking, sewing and quilting. She enjoyed gardening and her yard still blooms all year with the many plants and flowers she and her her late husband, Gary, planted! She also enjoyed taking care of others in her community.
A special thank you to Pastor Mike Conyers, Wife Janice and the wonderful people of Natural Steps Baptist Church, Roland, AR for loving her and her family and helping to make this transition a little easier! Additional thank you to the caring staff at the Arkansas Hospice Inpatient Unit at St Vincent’s Infirmary in Little Rock, AR. Pall bearers are Brian J Anderson, Tom Fisher Jr, Brayden Fisher, Rick Edwards, Charlie Beck, and Jason Beck.
