Patricia Ann Westlake

Patricia Ann Ray Westlake, age 70, of Conway, went to be with the Lord on Sunday evening June 28, 2015 in the midst of numerous family and friends. Pat was born on May 8, 1945 in Benton Ar. to A.D. and Alma Ray. Her siblings include Catherine Joel, and Bill (Joann), who have preceded her in death, her brothers, Floyd (Pat) of Conway, Ar., and Jim (Carol) Ray of Rogers, AR. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Robert Daniel (Dan) Westlake Jr. of Conway, Ar.; daughter Cynthia Ann Yingling (Chris) of Walton, Ky; son Daniel Tyler (Ty) Westlake (Duuna, deceased) of Owasso, Ok; 3 beautiful Granddaughters; Sarah Bryant, Rebekah Gee, and Leah Westlake, 3 adorable great grandsons, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. This loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, Mimi, and friend, was loved by an endearing group of people too numerous to mention. Anyone’s path that crossed Pat’s was never the same again. She always had a smile and at least two hugs for everyone; you always got a hug upon greeting and upon departure. Among her greatest joys was providing meals and hospitality to not only family and friends, but anyone else she met. To her, a stranger was simply a friend she had not yet met. She loved to dote on her family, from cooking meals to knitting afghans for gifts; she loved taking care of others.
