Patricia Dodson Brown RN, CCM, CLCP of Little Rock, Arkansas left her earthly home to be with Jesus the afternoon of October, 14, 2024 as a result of a short and terminal illness. 

She was born Patricia Jean King to Keith Dale and Velma Louise (Addis) King on November 07, 1946 in Waterloo, Iowa. 

Patricia was a Registered Nurse and Nurse Case Manager by profession. She started her nursing career after graduating from the Nursing School of Guam in 1976 where her husband was stationed in the United States Air Force. Patricia continued her nursing education in Little Rock after the family returned to the United States and settled in Arkansas and was a bedside nurse for more than 20 years in various Little Rock area hospitals. Her longest tenure was at John L. McClelland Memorial Veterans Hospital. 

Patricia began her Nurse Case Management career in 1988 in Northern Arkansas then in 1992 opened her own Case Management business, PDB Enterprises, Inc. in Little Rock until it's closing in 2010. 

She was preceded in death by an infant sister, her parents, and three husbands: James W. Riddle Sr., John H. Dodson and Glen Davis Brown. 

She is survived by two sons: James W. Riddle, Jr and Duane B. Riddle of Little Rock, and stepson John Brown (Vickie) of Roland, AR; two grandsons: Matthew Riddle of Spokane Valley, Washington and Hayden Riddle of Little Rock; three sisters: Kathleen Whaley of Houston, TX., Ruth Ann Pflueger of Hickory Creek, TX. and Shirley Morgan of Hannibal, MO.; two nieces and two nephews, two great nephews and their wives, two great nieces and numerous cousins. Also surviving are very dear family friends: Richard, Carol, Caitlyn and Joshua White. 

Patricia was Christian by faith and a former member of Henderson United Methodist Church in Little Rock. 

Immediate cremation is being prepared by Smith Little Rock Funeral Home. No memorial service will be conducted.
