Patricia Ann Steele Fulmer passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024, very peacefully at the age of 88. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas (Pulaski County) on April 28, 1936, to Marie Jacqueline Bullard Steele and George Auburn Steele. She was preceded in death by her parents. 

She is survived by her 2 children, Darby Fulmer Barton (Scott), Doyle Wallace Fulmer III (Retta), 2 grandchildren, William Alexander Barton and Ashley Marie Fulmer, and 1 sister, Jennifer Lynn Steele McKeller (John). 

Patricia graduated from Little Rock High School in 1953 and attended nursing school in Little Rock. She became a Registered Nurse and started her many years of nursing care at Fort Roots, St Vincent’s Hospital, Doctors Hospital and Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Sheild where she retired in 2005. 

Her love of nature was captured in her artistry of many drawings and paintings of beautiful landscapes using all mediums and types. She also loved learning about history and enjoyed watching many movies and documentaries about our historical past. 

The family would like to thank the staff at St Vincent’s Hospital, especially, Sister Mary Francis, who was inspirational in her final journey, and Arkansas Hospice.
