Patricia Ann (Pat) (nee Penny) Cash Green, born January 28, 1947 in Pine Bluff, AR to Berthie and Joseph Cash.

Attended Sam Taylor Elementary and Dollarway Junior and Senior High School, graduated 1965. St. Vincent’s School of Professional Nursing, graduated 1968 and obtained her Registered Nurse license.

Married her best friend and junior high school sweetheart Jerry Green (White Hall high school, class of 1965) in 1968. After 58 years of marriage, they are still best friends. [Pat emphasized “ARE” when she drafted this].

After several years of nursing in hospital, public health, and school, her favorite job is Mother to son Christopher Green and daughter Andrea Green Strube.

Served on founding board of Arkansas Flower & Garden Show.

Long time member of First United Methodist Church, North Little Rock. Served as Minister to Children, and Sunday School teacher to adults and children.

Pat and Jerry traveled much of the world together (Pat’s favorite trip: African Safari) and traveled most of the US by RV. Her interests: reading, gardening, and history.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents; her son Bradley Michael Green; and her brother David Cash.

Pat is survived by Jerry, son Christopher Green and their wife Dana of North Little Rock; daughter Andrea Green Strube and her husband Dustin of Cabot; grandchildren Lily Green Kimry and her husband Cole; Thomas and his wife Kate, Ben, Joseph, Riley Ann, and Alex Strube; and great-grandchild Hendrix Green.

The family will receive visitors one hour before service. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026, at First United Methodist Church NLR followed by the interment of ashes.
